Carpentry

Possibility to choose a color. Cabinets of Italian origin, frame made of water-repellent chipboard and lined with synthetic material (laminated). Possibility to choose a color.

Electrical
Installation

Providence for installation of air conditioners type SPLIT UNIT. Provision for dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, and connection of electric heating bodies. Providence for connection with all service providers telephony, internet, television.

Thermal Insulation
& Waterproofing

Thermal insulation in accordance with the requirements of the legislation to cover the rate of heat permeability. The building will have a class A energy efficiency certificate, according to a study of our Mechanical Engineer.

Aluminum /
Metal

Durability. Aluminium windows have can last up to 30 years. This is because, aluminium is considerably more resistant to the outside elements compared to other frames, making them less likely to warp or rot as a result.

Outdoors

Green areas and special design will be constructed around the perimeter of the building Architect. Electric railings: At the entrance and exit of the parking lots will be placed with electric barred doors.

Coverings

Exterior walls: Complex thermal-facade system. Interior walls: Three coats of trowel and three coats of interior paint. Kitchen and bathroom walls: Ceramic tiles of class A quality.

High quality sanitary ware and accessories in all our projects. Possibility to choose from default collection. "Pipe in pipe" type hydraulic installation. Solar water heater with a one-ton water tank. Installation of the pressure system.
